How much does it cost to open an online store?
It is free of charge. There is no set up fee to create an online store. Once the store link is created, if you make major changes and/or additions there may be an additional set up charge.
How long does it take to set up an online store?
Depending on how intricate the store is, it usually takes 2-3 days to set up the link. This will take place once we have determined pricing, logos and offered items.
How many designs and products can I offer on my store?
We suggest to keep things simple and only offer 1 to 2 designs maximum. These designs can go on whatever items you have picked out from our catalogs. Most stores that offer just the basics (t-shirt, long sleeve, hooded sweatshirt, and sweatpants) tend to do better than those that offer too many options.
Can I run my online store as a fundraiser?
Yes you can run your online store as a fundraiser. To do so you would determine the additional dollar amount you would like to add to each item for your fundraising portion. There is a percentage taken off the total amount of each order placed for credit card merchant authorization fees. If you were to mark up your item $5, you will not receive the full $5 amount as part of your fundraiser.
How long should I keep my store open?
You can keep a store open for as long you see fit. But we do suggest keeping stores open for only 2-3 weeks.
How do I know what size to order?
Most items offered on the online stores will include an accurate size chart you can reference. The size chart can be located underneath the size option dropdown on each individual item.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders will not be placed until the store link closes/ends. Once the store closes it will take about 4-5 weeks to complete the orders. During this time is when all items will be ordered and then screen printed/embroidered. If there are any items on backorder, we will still process the order. The backorder items will be left on order. Once the item comes in it'll be processed and we will do our best to get it out at a timely manner.
How will I receive my order?
All orders will be bagged up individually. When we set the store link up, you would determine how we would distribute the orders. We offer free bulk pick up at Whip's Sporting Goods, free bulk delivery to a school, or individual UPS shipping to the customers home, which would add a shipping charge at checkout.
Can an online store order be returned or exchanged?
No. We do not accept exchanges or returns for online store items as these items are custom and made to order.
